Alan Jackson is the founder and vision behind Lemonade, enticing Californians with the simple allure of beautifully prepared salads, hearty braised meats, satisfying sandwiches, decadent desserts, and of course, thirst-quenching lemonades. A California native, Alan named the restaurant “Lemonade” because of the bright and comforting feeling you get when you simply say the word. The original sunny day spot!
An accomplished chef, Alan decided to ditch the upscale dining scene to launch the first Lemonade in West Hollywood in 2008, craving to create a chef-driven, contemporary approach to fine food. . . done fast. Alan’s confident yet relaxed concept has curated a loyal following and nurtured Lemonade into a neighborhood favorite.
In 2009, Ian Olsen came on board to join Alan as Partner, forging a dynamic relationship that has helped to redefine the fast-casual dining experience for today’s food savvy diners. Ever growing, Lemonade now has 27 locations throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas, Orange County, San Diego, and the Bay Area.
